The physician owners of Quail Surgical & Pain Management Center strive to ensure the time you spend at our patient friendly surgery center is as pleasant an experience as possible compared to past experiences you may have had when visiting a big institutional hospital. For example, when you enter our parking lot you will notice ample parking right in front of the surgery center whereas at large hospitals you have to park in a far away parking garage and then try to locate where to check in for your visit. Since we are a non-emergent outpatient surgery center, your visit will never be canceled or delayed due to patients arriving through the Emergency Room whose surgery is prioritized over your surgery. You will notice from the time you arrive until the time you leave, the surgery center has large windows that have beautiful views of Mount Rose or a courtyard with rock water fountains for you to view to make for a more relaxing visit. If your physician determines that you must stay overnight to recover from your procedure, you will typically receive one on one care from a registered nurse, something you will not receive in most large hospitals. Lastly, outpatient surgery centers are known for their low infection rates.
